Though Fast Property Ltd. is a relatively new company, principals Bob and Amy Fast have been involved with several development projects in Squamish.
Edgewater Townhouses, Squamish
The Fast’s first development was the Edgewater Townhouse complex, completed in 2006. This 36 unit development is the first and only insulated concrete form multi-family project in Squamish, and it was awarded the BC Ready-Mixed Concrete Association’s “Home with a Difference” in Greater Vancouver for 2005.
Crumpit Woods, Squamish
In 2013, the Fast’s teamed up with BethelCorp to develop the Crumpit Woods neighbourhood, featuring 109 single family building lots. Sold in two phases, the lots feature stunning views of the Stawamus Chief and several lots boast views of Howe Sound as well. Towering mountains and surrounding forests are the impressive backdrop to this new community, providing direct access to all the recreational possibilities that Squamish has to offer.
38936 Queens Way, Squamish
The Queens Way Business Centre is a 24 unit light industrial complex in the Squamish Business Park. Construction of building one began in the fall of 2016 and the third, and final, building was completed in January 2019.
All of the units were sold pre-construction and the complex is now filled with thriving businesses, excited to call Squamish home.
